// many positions

One journey per company — because you're chasing more than one.

Job hunting is not one interview, it is several processes running at once, each at a different stage, each needing a different version of you. Every position here is its own world: its own CV, its own research, its own practice path and its own record.

7rounds in a full path Per positionCV, contacts, dates, scores Repeatableevery round, as often as you like
01

The path mirrors the real process

Warm-up coaching first — "tell me about yourself", with the notes open. Then the recruiter phone screen, the general interview, HR, technical, a written exercise, and a closing round for salary and the questions you ask them. You climb them in order or jump to the one you are dreading; each is a session of its own that can be repeated.

How deep the path goes is your call: every round at full depth, the same rounds at about half the questions, a minimal four-round arc, or a custom shape where you choose the rounds, set each one's question count and write questions yourself.

02

Everything about that job lives in one place

The posting and the about-us, the CV version you are using there, the company brief, the people you have spoken to, and the real interview dates in your calendar. Interviewing at three places at once does not turn into three tabs of the same account fighting each other.

The position timeline
One position's path: each round, what you scored, and what comes next.
03

It keeps score across attempts

The last step of the path is your own analytics: how each round went, whether your scores are climbing, what your pace and filler count are doing over time, and which rounds you have not touched. Practice you cannot see is practice you will not keep doing.

04

Tokens, not a subscription

You buy tokens and spend them on the practice you actually do. Nothing expires, nothing renews, and a round you never open costs nothing. The interview mode is yours too: filmed video is the closest to the real thing, voice with a portrait costs a fraction and asks exactly the same questions.

Plan detail with the interviewer preview
Choosing how deep to go: the rounds a plan runs, what each asks, the token cost — and a preview of the interviewer, moving on video, still on voice.

Your first phone interview — and a repeat of it — is free, with no card.
